Shake the Dust is a powerful movement practice that combines endurance, strength, core stability, and free movement.


Expect a mix of Pilates inspiration, yoga flow, HIIT sequences, dance impulses, shaking and deep relaxation – always accompanied by a captivating playlist of beats, bass and subtle, atmospheric sounds.

Unlike free-form dancing, Shake the Dust offers a clear structure and sequence:

🔸 Phases of shaking, jumping & powerful activation
🔸 HIIT, core and flow sequences reminiscent of Pilates & yoga
🔸 Moments of stillness and awareness that integrate everything

This creates a workout with depth : intense, sweat-inducing, and transformative at the same time.

Michi completed his training directly with Satu and experienced Shake the Dust firsthand in Barcelona and Vienna – inspired by its powerful energy and unique blend of workout, flow, and deep presence.

Now she is bringing this practice to Lake Attersee for the first time :
with fresh vibes, awesome playlists and the special warmth of Michi's Yoga.
